Welcome to WaGrow! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WaGrow (wagrow.cloud), a service operated by Suhail Tech. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service WaGrow provides cloud-based software tools for WhatsApp automation, marketing, and messaging management.

2. Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy You agree to use WaGrow only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our service to send unsolicited messages (spam), engage in fraudulent activities, or violate Meta's/WhatsApp's official Terms of Service. If your account is found to be sending spam or violating these rules, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without a refund.

3. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions WaGrow is a subscription-based software. Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis as per your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

5. Limitation of Liability WaGrow and Suhail Tech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to the banning of your WhatsApp numbers by Meta due to policy violations. You use the service at your own risk.

6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
