Welcome to WaGrow.cloud. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the WaGrow.cloud website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Suhail Tech.
By registering for, accessing, or using WaGrow.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
WaGrow.cloud is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to provide marketing automation and customer relationship management tools. We provide the infrastructure for users to manage their campaigns; however, we do not provide the actual content or contact lists used in those campaigns.
Account Maintenance: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Unauthorized Use: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
As a marketing automation platform, strict adherence to acceptable use is required. You agree NOT to use WaGrow.cloud to:
Send unsolicited messages (SPAM) to users who have not opted in to receive communications from you.
Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws, including data privacy regulations.
Send messages that are abusive, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.
Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
Platform Compliance: You must comply with the official Terms of Service and usage policies of any third-party messaging platforms (like Meta/WhatsApp) you connect to WaGrow.cloud.
Billing: WaGrow.cloud operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen plan.
Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer or required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use, especially the Acceptable Use Policy. In the event of termination due to a violation, no refunds will be provided.
WaGrow.cloud and Suhail Tech provide the platform "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
The suspension, banning, or blocking of your third-party messaging accounts (e.g., WhatsApp numbers) resulting from your use of our automation tools. Users utilize the Service at their own risk.
Any loss of data, profits, or business interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan.
