Thank you for choosing WaGrow.cloud, operated by Suhail Tech. We strive to provide reliable and high-quality marketing automation tools. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription, as it dictates your rights regarding refunds and cancellations.
You can cancel your WaGrow.cloud subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
When you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
We do not require advanced notice for cancellation, but you must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.
Due to the digital nature of our SaaS platform and the immediate access granted upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations or for accounts that are inactive but still hold an active subscription.
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund request only under the following exceptional circumstances:
Duplicate Billing: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a system error.
Major Technical Failure: If a critical bug on the WaGrow.cloud platform prevents you from using the core features of your purchased plan for an extended period, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Note: You must report any such issues to our support team within 3 days of the charge or the occurrence of the technical failure to be considered for a refund.
Refunds will strictly not be granted in the following situations:
Account Bans for Policy Violations: If your WaGrow.cloud account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use, specifically our Anti-Spam Policy (e.g., sending unsolicited messages, fraud, or abuse), you forfeit any right to a refund.
Third-Party Service Bans: We are not responsible if your connected WhatsApp number or Meta account is blocked, banned, or restricted by third-party providers. WaGrow.cloud provides the automation software, but you are responsible for the content you send and your compliance with third-party rules.
Lack of Usage: Forgetting to cancel a subscription or simply not using the platform does not qualify for a refund.
If you believe your situation falls under our accepted exceptions (Duplicate Billing or Major Technical Failure), please reach out to us with your account details, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Our team will review your request and typically respond within 3 to 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method.
